Switching your members’ standing orders to Direct Debit is a pretty simple process. Begin by informing them via email about the shift to GoCardless for payments and requesting that they make the switch. Once encouraged, explain that they’ll receive an email from your club guiding them through the completion of a Direct Debit mandate, granting permission for the club to collect funds from their bank account at the agreed time.
