To start collecting payments, your customer will need to complete a one-time online Direct Debit form. We offer simple ways to invite new and existing Zoho Books customers by link or editable email.
Each time you create an invoice you can choose to schedule a payment to collect by Direct Debit on the invoice due date.
Once you’ve received a payment, the relevant invoice(s) will be marked as paid with the GoCardless fee posted as an expense automatically.
