Who this is for: Businesses and organisations using GoCardless to collect payments from their own customers.

GoCardless is providing notice to the Merchants having accepted the General Terms Self-serve (the “Agreement”), that the Agreement has been slightly amended and that the new version will go live on June 4, 2026. If you do not agree with the content of the new Agreement, you may terminate the Agreement with GoCardless by providing written notice by August 3, 2026.
