Our terms of service

For Merchants that have signed up to GoCardless' Online Payment Services Agreement (the "Agreement") and in accordance with section 127 of the Agreement, GoCardless is providing notice to its Merchants that the Agreement has been amended and the new version of the Agreement will go live on 1 July 2024. If you signed up to the Agreement before 1 July 2024, you will be bound by the new version of the Agreement from 1 September 2024. You may terminate your Agreement with GoCardless by providing one month written notice. If no notice is received by 31 August 2024, you will be bound by the new version of the Agreement from 1 September 2024.
