It’s a simple, one-time payment setup that only takes a few minutes to complete online using your sort code and bank account details. No card details are required.
After you’re set up, payments will be collected automatically on the agreed due dates — saving you time and effort. No need to log into online banking, post cheques or remember to make pay.
You’ll be notified by email in advance of payments being taken, giving you the chance to raise any issues. You’ll know exactly how much you’re paying and when it will come out.
You can cancel the Direct Debit mandate at any time, for example, through your online banking, immediately stopping future payments (although this will of course affect access to your services).
GoCardless is ISO 27001 accredited, (ISO 27001 is a widely recognised, internationally accepted standard for information security). It is also authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
