What are the new plans?

Our new plans are: Standard, Advanced, Pro

Standard 

The Standard plan is the ideal option for anyone looking for a simple and straightforward way to collect recurring and one-off payments. With this plan, customers get access to our core capabilities, including: collecting one-off and recurring payments via Direct Debit, or Instant Bank Pay for instant confirmation as well as taking international payments. Additionally, customers also get access to our basic customisation features.

Advanced

The Advanced plan is the perfect solution for businesses who want to optimise their payments processes and require the ability to seamlessly verify their growing customer base as well as recover lost revenue in a smart way. customers get access to some of our more advanced features, such as instant payer verification, smart revenue recovery and the ability to fully customise their customer experience. 

Pro

The Pro plan is our offering for the most demanding businesses, who want the ability to have complete control over their payments set-up. It gives businesses access to all features we offer, including advanced fraud protection, a scalable payment recovery solution and a fully customisable customer experience.

Custom payment pages and custom notifications are still available with “Standard” if set at a Partner level.

Are there any billing changes?

There are no plans to change the billing process.
