How will this impact new customers?

New plans will be offered from 3 July 2023. 

Any GoCardless Partner should share the link to GoCardless’ Pricing Page rather than hard-coding any prices directly on their website. Note: the pricing page will update for new pricing from July 2023

How can we find out what pricing plan our customers are on? 

We currently don't expose an endpoint or a way to check what plan a customer is on.

Can you delay the price change for our customers?

Unfortunately, this is not something we are able to carry out for Partners. However, if a customer has recently had a price change, they are unlikely to be migrated straightaway.

How will customers access the plans and products included in the plans?

customers will be able to access plans in the same way – by selecting a plan within their onboarding process. 

Some add-ons and products will require customers to manually configure, others will automatically be added during the onboarding process.

Can we limit the plans that customers signing up via our integration can use?

Currently, there are no limits in place. A customer is free to choose whichever plan they prefer directly from the GoCardless Dashboard.

Will you offer a discount to my customers as they can't use a given feature?

Unfortunately, this is not something we would support given that customers would still have access to the features through the dashboard directly.
